You’ll have exclusive use of the main house and self-check-in. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is available on the main driveway—please keep the entrance/drive lane clear so other vehicles can access the separate residence and parking area on the left side (when facing the house). The left-side section is closed off for a long-term tenant; no guest access to that area or the parking spot directly in front of it. You’re welcome to use the exterior dining area during your stay.

We have various (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e updating your entry code to allow early check-in). NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
