Positive: Arrived late guy running play kept hot tub and pool open later for use as we arrived late, 2 hot tubs 1 was hotter than the other big clean pool sauna didn't work in mens change room, new beds in room

Negative: Things were overgrown, trash and junk automobiles around , wasn't breakfast despite booking saying so.
