Sunset View is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located in Cressy, Prince Edward County. Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Ontario through the large windows that span the open concept living space. The kitchenette provides you with all the essentials needed to enjoy your vacation, including a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven with air fryer, single induction cook top and a dining table that seats 4. There is no full sized oven here, so please take note.
Once settled in, make sure to take a short stroll across the street and explore the waterfront. With two different access points, you have the option of laying back in an Adirondack chair with a good book or grabbing a kayak to explore the lake. If swimming is what you are after, make sure to bring water shoes as the floor of the lake is rocky.
Guests staying at our vacation rentals receive a discount on our guided wine tours and in quiet season we can also arrange a dinner shuttle to your favourite Prince Edward County eatery.
There is a cleaning fee of $100 plus taxes for each stay. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.

Check Out: no later than 11:00 AM
In high season (late June through Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non negotiable. Outside of high season, reach out to the Owner contact provided in your Check-in Detailst no sooner than 48 hours in advance of your stay to see if early in or late out can be arranged. Access to the cottage early to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive early or depart late without previously arranging.

Rental Balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival (unless you reserved on another booking site as balance date may vary)
Damage Deposit is $500: preauthorized, not charged

SPECIAL NOTES
If severely allergic, guests should know that the owners have a dog and the suite heating/cooling system is connected to the owner's unit. No pets are allowed in the guest suite.
Use of the waterfront is at guests own risk and owner assumes no responsibility for injury or death. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the waterfront and working PFDs must be worn while using any watercraft.
