PROPERTY LAYOUT
The chalet is spacious and designed to accommodate up to 10 people. It has a large, light and airy living room with direct access to the terrace. The lounge area with its large sofa and fireplace is ideal for cosy moments by the fire. A dining table and chairs are located in the extension of the room, to allow you to take your meals indoors, or on the south-east facing terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and allow you to cook like at home.
On the ground floor, you can park your car, store your bottles in the wine cellar and put your coats in the dressing room.
On the first level are the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The sleeping area is composed as follows:
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200cm).
The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200cm) and a bunk bed offering two single beds.
The last bedroom has a double bed and another bunk bed, for a total of four extra beds.
Each room is spacious, with access to a small balcony overlooking a pine forest and the mountains, as is the main terrace. Well thought out and very pleasant to live in, they guarantee everyone comfort and calm during their stay.
The bathroom, shared by the three bedrooms and very pleasant, has a double washbasin, a toilet, a large bathtub and an Italian shower.

The perfectly oriented terrace will allow you to enjoy the sunrise and sunny lunches on the terrace, with a prodigious view of the snowy mountains.
Small sunbathing areas are also available for pleasant moments of relaxation during the day.
