*Third Room: Twin bed with closet and dresser
*Large screen TV with Amazon Fire and Chromecast.
*Dining table can fix six comfortably.
*Living Room: New sofa and comfy chair
*Bathroom: recently renovated with a tub
* In-unit washer/dryer.
* A/C and heat controlled by guests.
* Free high-speed wireless internet.
* Parking - Free street parking
The patio is for shared use with other guests downstairs. By all means, please make yourselves at home though.
Guest access
Private Entry Via The Front Of Our Home:
The suite is a full-size home with a separate entrance accessible only from the front.
There is a sign available to help you find your way here!
We offer guests a contactless check-in so you can arrive on your time!
The upper unit is exclusive to the guests with a shared backyard with the lower unit. The lower unit has its own access from the backyard, separate from the upper unit.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM (EST local time)
Check out by 10 AM (EST local time).
An access code will be provided on the day of check-in!
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside!
While you will have exclusive access to and use the unit, we live in the unit above with our very friendly and affectionate dog, Ginger. Although we restrict Ginger's access to the suite when it is booked, this listing may not be suitable for anyone with allergies to pet dander or pet hair.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
No Parties or Events are allowed in the home or property. Additional guests not included in the reservation can result in additional costs of $30 per unlisted guest present on the property past the max limit.
Please keep the noise level at a minimum after 10 pm. Thank you for being good neighbors and amazing guests!
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or property. An additional fee of up to $250 will be accessed if our cleaners find any odor and/or evidence of smoking after guests have checked out. Cleaners will need extra time & use a special odor-removing machine.
Damages to Home or Property: You may be charged an additional cost for any damages during your stay. A claim will be submitted to Airbnb.
Pets Rules:
*Pets will be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Max weight, 40lbs.
*pets can not be outside the unit without one of the guest’s supervision
*pets can not be left alone in the unit without proper house training or a crate.
***Failure to disclose pets can result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund or a $150 deep pet cleaning fee.
