Beautiful single family home on quiet alley, famous for it murals. Newer, eclectic artsy three story home with lots of amenities. Rear courtyard and private deck. You will have the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, kitchen and one car garage parking. This is my personal home where I reside so please be mindful and treat it as such.
Subway system is 3 blocks away. Close to transportation and subway is only three blocks away.
Walking distance from shops , restaurants and parks and other points of interest. There is a strict “no parties” guest policy. There are three outdoor cameras that monitor entrance points, one on the doorbell, another in garage and another in the outside courtyard.

Summary: Since selling our family home, our family rents relatively often. This was one of the most pleasant of our experiences. The house is just as you see in the photos. It has a really nice warm and spiritually inviting vibe and when looking out the window, you're surrounded by wonderfully creative and vibrant street art. We stumbled into this great rental and its fabulous location by chance and absolutely loved it. Our host, John, was terrific! Very easy going, flexible and responsive to any question. The house, which John built himself, is perfectly set up by the separation of social areas (kitchen & living) from the bedrooms. He's thought of every detail, ie, comfy mattresses, plush pillows, large towels and rainfall shower heads with good solid water pressure. The neighborhood has some fun eateries and taking in the Mission District Street Art and accompanying Latin vibe made our trip for a family wedding, an unexpected extra delight. Thank you John for your warm hospitality. If you're able to rent this home, count your blessings!
