Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great communal room and bedrooms were comfortable. Hot tub was a nice treat and paddle boards nice to use. Nearby beach was nice.

Negative: The exterior of the property was disappointing - it was gloomy and very untidy (a cardboard box and a pile of tyres just sitting on the grass?). Loose steps from driveway up to front door. Really needed some attention. No information about the river so it took us a while to work out we could just walk across to the sandbank and be safe. Indoors - only two wineglasses and lots of chipped bowls and plates which isn’t great.

Summary: Needs some care and attention to be a decent stay.
