With an incredible view of PaintLake and a great access to a peaceful sandy beach with your own private dock. After a short six minute drive to Dorset, you will have access to full amenities, such as; grocery store, restaurants, LCBO, bank, ect. Also close to Baysville, Huntsville and more. This warm and inviting PaintLake community offers boating, ATV and snowmobile trails nearby. There are acres of woods to explore and boat ramp just up the road. This wonderful family orientated year round cottage has a good size open kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the inside and out with a total of 3, 60" HD smart Tv's complete with high speed internet and Satellite. Main floor has a living room with propane fire place.
