2 Bedroom House in Brooklyn
This two bedroom townhouse has been our vacation home since 2008, when we bought it new. We are in the process of moving from Canada and won't be at our home, this Summer so we have decided to share it with the public, before we sell iit at the end of the season. Our first week available starts on June 30th and we will book it for a minimum of one week, Friday to Friday. The current pictures of the inside will change as we are painting the entire place, in June and replacing some of the furniture to stage it for sale. Not to mention getting some fluffy beach towels for our new guests and a few other things to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We have hired a friend who lives close by, to manage the property so you can get immediate assistance if you need any help or have any issues with the home. It is still very new and we are putting a new fridge and stove in before our first guest arrives. The masterbedroom has a pocket door to the full bathroom upstairs and there is a large balcony overlooking the beach so you can see for miles. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that has a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. The full sized waher and dryer are located on the entry level where the garage is located. The balcony off of the livingroom, dining room and kitchen area has a barbecue along with a clear view of the water so you can see where the tide is at and if you should go down to the beach or just hang out and watch the waves from the porch. When you go to bed, at night, you can open the sliding door slightly and hear the ocean waves at night. The second bedroom is overlooking a small water inlet that is on the backside of the property where you enter. It's stunning on a clear a night, when the moon is out.
