Gorgeous open concept custom built home in Brackendale, Squamish. On a private street with access to trails for hiking and biking right at your doorstep. Pet friendly with a large fenced backyard and 6 person hot tub. Modern furnishings, two wood burning fireplaces, BBQ, large patio and great layout for entertaining. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, 2 other full bedrooms and a queen sized cabinet bed in the living room on the main floor. Only 35 minutes to Whistler and 45 minutes to Vancouver.
*Please look further if you’re looking for a place to party. This is not a party house. We live in a quiet residential area and have a strict no noise rule outside past 10:30pm.
*No additional guests on the property without prior authorization. Maximum 6 persons per stay unless previously discussed. Extra guest charges after 6 persons with prior approval.
*Please keep pets off bedding and furniture. If excess pet hair is found there will be a $200 fee.
*No food or glass in hot tub. Please rinse or shower before entering hot tub if dirty from hiking/biking/activities.
