The space
Stylish and modern two level walk out cottage situated within steps from the beach.
As you enter the cottage on the upper level you will be greeted with oceans views as you walk through to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The master bedroom is located on this level which others a queen bed, closet and an ensuite with walk in shower. Along with patio doors opening to a covered patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee of evening glass of wine taking in the magnificent ocean views. The second bedroom is also on this level offering a queen bed with closet. A boot room area and separate WC for guest convenience.
On the lower level is a large open plan living area with sectional seating and 2 large bean bags, a TV and games closet. Offering a wet bar area with bar fridge and mini sink. There is a full bathroom with walk in shower and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and closets. Patio doors from the lower living area open to a large concrete deck with patio furniture and bbq along with a large grass area between the cottage and the beach for your enjoyment.

As guests at the cottage you will have full access to the cottage and lawn area right to the beach.
Other things to note
We have a secondary cottage within the cul de sac adjacent to this cottage. The cottages are set on 1-2 acres lots and are located far enough apart for privacy and have your own private space, however if you are looking for multiple family/ larger group stays there is the option of booking the second cottage at Bakers Bay Cottages- "Driftwood dreams cottage"
